PHP LogoNukePost Google Groups Nuker

[Scripts Archive Main] | [Download Now | Requirements]

Want to remove several of your Usenet posts from Google's groups.google.com archive? Google's interface only lets you remove one at a time by hand, which can really bother your carpal-tunnel wrists. After being the victim of recent "Hipcrime" sporgery attacks, I got irritated enough to automate the process of removing some 300+ bogus posts. The NukePost script will remove an unlimited number of posts at one time, saving you the trouble of continually reloading and resubmitting Google's removal page.

All you need is an active Google utility account and the Message-IDs of the posts you want to remove. The posts must have been sent from an email address you control; this limitation is (logically) inherent to Google's removal system.

To use the script, simply set the configuration variables ($user, $pass, and optionally $cookie), place the Message-IDs into a file named message-ids.txt, and run the script either through a browser or from the command line.

Requirements:

  • PHP 4.0 or newer
  • PHP must be compiled with sockets support
  • Active Google utility account

Note: NukePost assumes that the username and password you supply are valid.
